Our fleet

We own the equipment. That changes the schedule.

Most remodeling contractors rent or sub out anything heavier than a wheelbarrow. When your project needs a footer dug or your yard needs regraded, they are waiting in line behind someone else's job.

We run our own machines and haul our own material. Site work happens when our calendar says it happens — which is the single biggest reason our projects finish closer to the date we promised.

DHI equipment: a John Deere 325G with a forestry mulcher, a branded Kubota mini excavator, a soft wash rig, a John Deere 317G and a Ford F-450 dually

Equipment

What we bring to the job

Right-sized machines matter on residential lots. A machine too big tears up a yard; one too small doubles the days you are paying for.

Cab, rubber tracks

Kubota KX040-4 Mini Excavator

Our digging machine for trenches, drainage, sewer and water lines, footers and pond cleanouts. Small enough to get into a backyard without tearing it up.

Compact track loader

John Deere 325G Track Loader

Our larger loader. Grading, backfill, moving stone and topsoil, site cleanup, and lot clearing with the forestry mulcher.

Compact track loader

John Deere 317G Track Loader

A smaller loader for tighter lots. It runs our soil conditioner for finish grading and seed-ready lawns.

Matched to the job

Attachments

Buckets, an FAE forestry mulcher for clearing brush and small trees, and a soil conditioner that levels ground so the yard is ready for seed when we leave.

Low pressure, roof-safe

Soft Wash Rig

A trailer-mounted system with its own water and mix tanks, pump and hose reels, for siding, roofs and concrete.

In-house hauling

Trucks & Trailers

Ford Super Duty dually trucks, an equipment trailer and an enclosed tool trailer, so we haul our own machines, material and debris.

Why it matters to you

Three things owning a fleet actually buys you

01

A schedule that holds

No waiting two weeks for a subcontractor with a machine to have an opening. Site work starts when we say it will.

02

One company, one invoice

You are not managing a separate excavator, hauler and washing contractor, or refereeing when one blames another.

03

Accountability for the whole job

If the grading is wrong, that is on us — not on a sub we hired who is now unreachable.
