Estimates and pricing

Nothing on this website is a quote, a bid or an offer to perform work at a particular price. Descriptions of our services are general. Every project is priced only after we have seen it in person, and only a written estimate signed by Diversified Home Improvements, LLC is binding.

Submitting a request

Sending us an estimate request does not create a contract and does not obligate either of us to anything. It starts a conversation. We may decline projects that are outside our service area or our scope of work.

Please give us accurate information when you contact us. We schedule visits and order materials based on what you tell us.

Project photography

Where this site shows photographs of our work, they are of projects we have completed. Individual results vary with the property, the materials selected and the budget, so photographs are illustrative of our workmanship rather than a promise of an identical outcome.

Licensing and insurance

We carry the licensing and insurance required for the work we perform and the jurisdictions we perform it in. We will provide current certificates on request, and we recommend you ask any contractor you are considering to do the same.
