My basement takes on water. Can it still be finished?
Not until the water is handled. We will tell you what is causing it and what it takes to fix, whether that is grading, downspouts or drainage, before we quote the finish work.
Can I change things as the project goes?
Yes. Plans change once you can stand in the framed-out room. We talk through what a change does to the price and schedule before we make it.
How much ceiling height do I need?
Ohio code generally wants 7 feet of finished height. We measure early and plan the ceiling around ductwork and beams so you keep as much of it as possible.
