Soft Washing
Soft washing cleans with chemistry instead of force. A low-pressure application kills the algae, mold and mildew at the root, which is why the results last far longer than a pressure-washed surface that looks clean for one season and comes right back.
It is also the only safe method for roofing, painted siding and older mortar, where high pressure drives water into the structure and strips the surface it is supposed to be cleaning.

Why not just pressure wash?
High pressure removes what is on the surface and leaves the organism behind, so it returns quickly — and on roofing, siding and older mortar it causes real damage. Soft washing treats the growth itself.
Will it hurt my landscaping?
No. We pre-wet and tarp plantings and rinse thoroughly as we go.
How often should a house be washed?
Most homes in our area do well on a two-to-three year cycle. North-facing and tree-shaded walls come back faster.
Is it safe for my shingles?
Yes, and it is the method recommended by shingle manufacturers. Pressure washing a roof voids most warranties.
