Site work sets up everything built after it. Grade, drainage and compaction decide whether a foundation stays put, a driveway holds up and water runs away from the house instead of toward it.
We own and operate our own excavation equipment, which means site work is scheduled against our calendar rather than a subcontractor's — a meaningful difference when weather is already deciding half of the schedule.

Do you handle drainage problems?
Yes, and it is one of the most common calls we get. A wet basement or a yard that will not drain is usually a grading and downspout problem before it is a foundation problem, and we start by diagnosing which one you actually have.
Can you replace a failed sewer line?
We do. That includes locating the failure, excavating, replacing the line and restoring the yard.
Do you call in utility locates?
Always. Ohio law requires it and we schedule it before any digging begins.
